    Kenny called because he's trying to advise someone that is dealing with several equipment replacements for people working from home. I'm unable to improve the process the person is using.

    I mean, both Kenny and I suggested an improvement, but some manager would have to approve it and I don't see them doing that.

    I'm not expecting any real punishment against the guy that torched five predominantly Black churches in Louisiana. He's the son of a sheriff's deputy, so the "law enforcement" community will support him. He might get probation and mandatory anti-arson classes (like you'd give a thirteen year old that got caught playing with matches).
