    ATTN: GNU Social Admins, I made a Watch Dog (Software based) service for RabbitMQ and the GS queue daemons.

    Via testing, it seems to be working as intended (If RabbitMQ and the GS daemons take up most of RAM(~95%) ) it will attempt to restart them to keep your site up and federating. Please take a look and let me know what you think:)
