Not satisfying to read, as they're saying that they alone can decide whether parents have enough information to allow them to take protective actions over their children. If this happened locally, I would support an effort to recall the school board for this. You don't have to use inflammatory language, just say that you have information about a possible threat, and that the police are actively involved in ensuring safety. Concealing these things just teaches parents not to trust you.

Most of the rest should be seeing slight declines. We spent 90 minutes on the phone, talking about work and related situations. He's wearing multiple hats and working more hours than he's paid for. Someone from another agency that worked in his office passed away Friday night / Saturday morning, so he got to fill out some of the safety report paperwork (even though the person wasn't at work at the time). He informed me that his girlfriend's new job pays way more than we'd ever get working for $EMPLOYER (at least not without some insane overtime or moving to Washington, #DC). For some reason, he's convinced that he owes me a breadmaker. He's thinking he wants to ship it here while I'm idle. He was happy with the Superbowl results. He did make it to #WI a couple of times to watch Green Bay Packers play, and was disappointed that they weren't in "the big game".
