    #NOAA / #NHC still expecting #TropStorm #Nicole to become a category one #hurricane. Currently, the center is near Grand Cayman Island ๐Ÿ๏ธ. The #Cayman_Islands ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡พ are under a hurricane ๐ŸŒ€ warning, as are portions of #Florida. Storm surge is expected to be major and to cover a broad area.
