(3) Public instances:
This isn't a cancellation announcement, but an indefinite delay announcement. Working up to 14 hours a day five days per week in #MO and #LA was replaced with 10 hours a day six days per week in #PR. Energy levels remain below what I consider normal, so I'm unwilling to commit to running a public instance without knowing where I'll find the time and energy to do so. -

I'm still wearing the "fat" belt, but I'm now on the smallest hole. The other belt broke when I was in #Baton_Rouge #LA the last time, so if I lose any more weight, I'll be looking to replace my belt. I'm not going to try to get another hole punched. It's easier to just get another belt. -

One of the negatives about drinking so much #coffee is that you become well acquainted with the facilities, and thus, the hand-washing habits of the people there.
A few years ago, I was working in #Baton_Rouge, #LA, with hundreds of people imported from all over the country. About 3 out of 5 people didn't even pretend to wash their hands. 1 out of 5 did pretend to wash their hands, and 1 out of 5 did wash their hands (but who knows how many of them would not have had I not been in there at the same time). -

I expect there to be another #hairport day in under a month, as the number of branch offices in #Missouri is already falling, and every federal agency is being called upon to send folks to assist in #PR, #VI, #TX, and to a lesser extent #FL and #LA. -
