Portions of #I-15, #I-215, #I-10, #I-8 expected to be affected by snow. Mountains and passes could see up to 6 inches of snow. Gusty winds, with some places seeing up to 60MPH winds. Heavy rainfall in some areas, so expect urban flooding as well as debris flows & mudslides in burn scar areas. -

That's a really tense area. I expect local residents will welcome a reduced flow of illegal immigration through nearby areas.
From #I-8, one can see that the wall is already built for much of the area between San Diego, #CA, and Yuma, #AZ.
