@guizzy @lnxw48a1 @coolboymew @Mitsu @Moon @tk @noyoushutthefuckupdad >I was playing another game full screen and missed your notices Np. >do you still want to play something? Idk, vid related I figured out how to use fightcade. You need to download the Roms that you want and launch "fcadefbneo.exe" with wine. This is reaching level of bloat that shouldn't be possible but anyway, once you download the torrent/rooms you just need to read the readme.txt
------------------------------------------------------------------ Configuring FBNeo v0.2.97.44 and Fightcade to use this romset ------------------------------------------------------------------
Not configuring in this way could cause problems with duplicate rom filenames across systems. As an example, sf2ce.zip exists in both the 'roms' and 'pce' folders and FBNeo will get confused about which version to load if you specify your own custom paths that don't fit the Path #'s as seen below.
1. Open the FBNeo emulator. * By default, this will be in the following directory: C:\Users\your_username\Documents\Fightcade\emulator\fbneo * The emulator filename is 'fcadefbneo.exe'.
2. Close the 'Select Game' window, and go to 'Misc' > 'Configure ROM paths...'.
3. Configure the directories to point to the folders in the downloaded torrent directory as follows:
- Path #7 = The 'nes' folder - Path #8 = The 'fds' folder - Path #9 = Leave as-is - Path #10 = The 'spectrum' folder - Path #11 = The 'msx' folder - Path #12 = The 'sms' folder - Path #13 = The 'gamegear' folder - Path #14 = The 'sg1000' folder - Path #15 = The 'coleco' folder - Path #16 = The 'tg16' folder - Path #17 = The 'sgx' folder - Path #18 = The 'pce' folder - Path #19 = The 'megadriv' folder - Path #20 = The 'roms' folder
4. Close the 'Edit ROMs paths' window, then go to 'Misc' > 'Configure support file paths...'.
5. Configure the directories to point to the folders in the downloaded torrent directory as follows:
- Samples = The 'samples' folder - HDD Images = The 'support\hdd' folder
6. Click 'OK' to close the 'Edit support file paths' window.
