Configuration Management (config) group

so, I sent that vagrant post to !config. Do people think that's the appropriate place for them? Should I start a new group?

These instructions are not complete: https://www.tecmint.com/how-to-install-vagrant-on-centos-7/ !config

It's amazing the tunnel vision people have. Someone on my team just told me he'd ***never heard of*** Ansible. !config
-
We use !chef on the backend of some things too. Interesting.

It's funny to think of !perforce as config management like !chef, but #SCM is the initialism Practical Perforce uses. I'm fine changing the !config group to be SCM if people prefer.

do puppet, chef, ansible, and other !config tools leave logs on the "remote" systems? This guy's issue keeps coming back. He probably has something running a script, but he's not fessing up.
-
guess I never tagged this group with #chef #puppet #ansible...group calls don't appear to show up in tags.

!fediverse !fedgroups #config group aliased as !puppet !chef !ansible -- Happy to take suggestions on a link. Also, if groups exist for puppet or ansible, let me know and I can change the aliases. !sysadmin
