I'm filling out a long questionnaire on #CognitiveBehaviouralTherapy to take care of my #MentalHealth. Two things have become evident:
1) Thinking about myself and being honest about who I am, what I want, and what my problems are is actually really hard.
2) Holy hell, when was the last time I handwrote this much? It's been two hours and I had forgotten what it's like to write instead of typing.
