Thinking of the Russian kindergarten teacher we had back in Sweden. She was a lovely teacher, great with the kids.
I hope all the parents of her current group of kids understand the difference between country and person. The anti-Russian mood is pretty fervent in Sweden right now.

Unfortunately, the peoples of a country do get linked to their leader regardless of their own beliefs. I have seen this first hand when we had the orange one as our "leader" on one of our trips outside of the country. What I have found in my travels is that people are people, good and bad and while some will follow the leader blindly, most are just trying to get through the day to the next.
