@geniusmusing I don't know where you are in your #Python journey, but https://www.udemy.com/course/python3-for-beginners/ and https://www.udemy.com/course/python-complete/ are currently under $15 each.

    They both cover #Python3

@lnxw48a1 Well.... I'm working on raw tcp packet programming at the moment. I am leaning more to Rust these days as my next language. I am getting tired of indentations. While they make it easier to read, Pythons requirements have made some of my programs wide enough that it spills onto the second monitor and while Python is fast it seems Rust is faster.

Also the $15 classes are only for new students, after I logged in it went back to full price, $94.99.

@geniusmusing Raw packets sounds fun! Now I'm semi-regretting not doing that security program when the intro price was so low.
I think I'm going to take the D and Python 3 Complete courses.

      >Raw packets sounds fun!

Not so far, there are no classes and minimal inet resources, it took cobbling several different sources and a lot of protocol research to get what I have functioning (single packet sent with hard coded options) and I still have the rest of the program to write to complete the fuzzer.

Well, are you in luck my friend.

Most of the video classes, minus the resources (I have them if you want/need them) and about 10 hours of video are available here.

Same teacher and many of the same videos. It will at least give you a taste at 15 hours long.

From the hardware side you will want a computer that can run at least two VM's (Kali Linux and Win 10, 60GB each I found work well) in addition to whatever you are running as an OS. He prefers VMware so the instructions for setting up VM's are based on it. I can tell you that going beyond the instructions, like trying to break into windows will not work with VM's as I have crashed the VM virtual switch many times and had to go to real hardware.

Also, if you need an additional incentive to after windows, read this and look at the bounties they offer.
