They also said that masks should not be required and social distancing should not be enforced. This comes the same day that LAUSD and San Diego Unified both announced that the school year will start remotely to keep kids safe.

Everything West of the San Andreas fault is supposed to move Northwest relative to the rest of North America. The fault passes through the Bay Area. In SoCal, it passes through the Antelope Valley, North and East of Los Angeles (OC is South of LA County), through San Bernardino, and then down to the Imperial Valley.
