@gcupc yeah, it's pretty much just a #Flattr 1.0 clone. I don't see why they can't just chuck their source code on a public repo though and chuck an #AGPL license on it. The hardest work in running a site like that is the payment system (which you can't clone just by standing up an instance of the code on a server) and the artwork (which I'd guess is protected by trademark law).
