Set up app limits for myself on iOS and locked them behind a randomly generated code, and it's made me really fucking cranky. I kinda feel like when I haven't had caffeine for a whole day.

Guess what? The person who set those limits up on your phone did it out of love. That person is you too.
It's not a question of willpower and punishment. Controlling our environment is a way to control our anxiety, we think. Accept where we are now in this moment and be self-assured that it's the right decision, now.
