@thegibson Edge is more stable than IE proper for the most part, but rendering in edge cases (Ha!) is actually worse than Firefox and much worse than Chrome
Also, the whole reason Firefox and Chrome got popular isn’t just because of their innate qualities, or else Opera would have been just as popular too. It’s the vibrant ecosystem of addons that are easy to deploy and have active user feedback
Not to mention Firefox can be forked and Chromium is around too
