I don’t feel the “brain dead” feeling that accompanies that little sleep. -

You can clean your room 70% of what you usually do. Leaving you with 30% left to clean during a single day. But then the following night, you have 130% of that to clean.
Sleeping more the following night won't work because your room can only be so clean. And you're still stuck with that 30% left, making 2 days that you have 30% unclean room, making it more taxing
