I know you don't get to make the choice, but ISTM that #Nagios is best off if it can continue working without skipping a step if and when #IPv6 use ascends above #IPv4. -

I guess my assumption would be all the ones in the nagios-plugins package work with IPv6, but tons of other plugins out there. -
