I've had a lot of trial and error, experimenting to see what works for me. I keep learning.<br /><br />All things considered, I think that I have mostly been successful. There were a few slips when things got stressful. But most of that time has been not slipping into that mindset when it comes to coping.<br /><br />I have really learned more about myself, and I hope to take that with me in future... and I really hope that I can create a routine that works best for me. That I can find other ways to cope with the stress, and perhaps learn to reach out more. I still have a ways to go. <br /><br />I look forward to a time where I don't think about engaging with any vices or self-destructive behaviour when I'm stressed out.
